Wrong advise given over the phone, went to branch as advised queued only to be told they couldn't help me and that I need to make yet another call and no doubt be on hold at least another half hr. Closed Fri and Sat what's that all about, have they forgotten people are back at work. We should not be made to feel guilty if not doing Internet banking.

Whilst the rest of the UK are back to working normal hours with extra protection measures, this bank is only open 2 half days a week, what normal person can get to a bank in these hours?!
