        Been to Ripley Castle Segway Events today. Was a little unsure of what to expect and a little nervous of the activity. However once we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff who helped us sign necessary forms and talked us through safety briefing. Our guide lauren totally put my at ease reassuring me all the time. We played a few games first in our group before setting off around grounds. An opportunity to buy photos and video at end. Totally worth it. Great family day out. My kids are 16 and 21. From easy booking to end totally hassle free. Will be booking again.

        I broke my back in an accident. I contacted segwayevents customer services asking them to delay my voucher. After an initial rejection I received a really nice email from Elyse who was fantastic. So helpful. We can't wait to now go.
