My mother is extremely satisfied with the care that she receives, and is very happy with all the carers who have looked after her. They show an interest in her and treat her with respect. I am confident leaving my mother in their care, whilst at work, and they all respect my home.

What a fabulous company, the staff are not only supported and valued, but made to feel like family by management. It does not feel like you are coming into work each day. The clients are a delight, the CAREGivers are fabulous and the Office staff are always friendly and helpful.

At time of writing I have been working for Home Instead for just over a year, and I can't speak highly enough of the company. As an employee I have been supported and encouraged to evolve into a role that utilises my skills but still gives me challenges and opportunities to grow. I see every day how the culture of the company is embodied in everything we do, how much we value both the people in our care and the colleagues who make it happen. Never has this been more evident than through the COVID-19 pandemic; it has certainly been hard work, but we are proud to be keeping so many vulnerable people safe and cared for in their own homes. I can say with complete honesty that I am proud to be part of the Home Instead team.
