What a fantastic experience I would definitely recommend this experience if you are a gin lover. My 50th Birthday present from my friend was an amazing day about gin making. We selected herbs from Ripley Castle ornamental gardens and then blended them with our selection of dried herbs and spices. Mike our host kept us topped up with plenty of gins and canaps and guided us through the whole process and really looked after us. We will be back.

Not only do they produce amazing gins but their gin school experience and the gentlemen who hosted us all day are also amazing. We went for my wifes birthday, tasted all different types of gins, a tour of the distillery and castle grounds to then make our own gin, learning about the history of the company. Would recommend!

Awesome experience both times we have been! Even if you arent a fan of gin, the class is still well worth it for the tour and the experience of the process. Not to mention you walk away with your own bottle of custom gin that you hand made. It is a must do if you are in the Harrogate area.
