The way this home is run is terrible. Jugs out the kitchen used to give personal care as no hot water in rooms, no baths available at the home.. only 1 shower for over 30 residents. Residents live on the cheap asda smart price food, not allowed certain food/drinks as expensive They are horrible to one of the residents in room 18 with mental health issues. All rights are taken away from residents put in this home. Senior staff also give medication to residents that don't need the medication. I've overheard nicola say as soon as a certain residents husband has been n gone give her a Tablet to knock her out... just because she wanders. There is also an infestation of silverfish in the kitchen and bedrooms at this care home. No communication between staff and residents don't have hardly any activities as the activity co ordinator always comes on shift and ends up on care. These residents are sad and lonely I have video evidence to back up my review if anyone would like to see it. Other than relevant people who have already been informed.
