Woodley and Associates

Avoid at all costs!!!!! Nothing but problems with Woodley for two years - slow replies (if any), paying for services we did not receive, the list goes on. Weve now found out they did not do our statement of accounts for two years either so still not sure where our money is. Solicitor being instructed immediately. Ironically Im sure my review will be responded to very quickly. Luckily we have a new block management company who are absolutely brilliant.

Woodley & Associates were appointed about 9 months ago by Oceanside Management Ltd. to manage our block of flats. Since then, their property manager, Lisa Reid, has been extremely proactive and has tackled long-standing previously unresolved issues associated with the property. We have had excellent service from all the team at Woodley & Associates since they took over management of our block last year. Lisa (our Property Manager) has been brilliant and manages our block superbly. We are very grateful for all the work that Lisa has helped us with so far and would certainly recommend Woodley & Associates.

The second time Im having to write a review in the hopes of getting a response from this management company. We pay a very high fee for a small building and struggle to get any communication from Woodley & Associates. All residents persistently chase for general maintenance of our building (only 2 years old) to be done, yet we have to chase time and time again and are lucky to get a response. Would not recommend this management company at all!
