Absolutely useless, rarely open and then you have to run around trying to get another chemist to download your prescription. This branch needs to be removed from the NHS approved pharmacy. Looking at the reviews it has gone down hill in the last 12months, maybe head office needs to look at why and give Poulner the chemist it deserves

Re-prescriptions from the chemist proved to be a bit of a nightmare always had to wait massive queues outside the door. Dont get me wrong the staff are lovely. But very behind on their orders like to make people wait. So I moved to the Boots chemist in Ringwood that has turned out to be the worst experience as they dont order stuff in time its never there in time and expect you to go without medicine. After making a complaint they said are we have some on the shelf but its not the whole lot at this point I only needed one tablet to help me get out of this pain. They suggested I wait two days because tomorrow they will get the order in and it takes all day for him to get the boxes out and on the shelves so they expected me to wait another day because they wanted it on the shelf first. Boots seem to be a worse chemist than Lloyds.

I saw something quite horrific today, and feel I must type up. I went as I do regularly to get my on time inhalers using the efficient and well trusted method, to steal upon a beauty working behind the till. She received abuse from an old lady, difficulty from a middle aged woman, and grumpiness from an old man, in the five minutes I was there... I was so shocked at the rudeness of her clients, I had to ask 'Is it always like this?'. She nodded, through a smile and inner tears, and said 'Pretty much'. I had to feel sorry for her, because she performed with patience, smiles and grace for each one, and if that is a regular occurrence for her, all I can say is 'You poor woman'. How the 'ungrateful plebs' are so casually rude to people they don't know, I will never understand. These people are heroes of local care, and while there may be issues in the system, they are doing their best in war, pestilence, famine... and death... So show a little care and respect please... For they are heroines.

Absolutely disgusting. My son has been left with out his epilepsy medication and they don't give a dam if he has a seizures. The staff are rude. She said yes they always open but what good is that when I go down and can't get his meds because they never have a pharmacist to sign his meds out. Over 2 weeks they have had his meds. Absolute disgrace. The only pharmacy i know that never has a pharmacist. So why take prescriptions in the first place. I would give no stars but no option for that
