    I have trained with Jade for around 2 years now both at circuits and 1 on 1 PT. She is a pleasure to train with having lots of enthusiasm, encouragement and plenty of humour. Her sessions are very well planned, challenging and rewarding. She has taken particular care to tailor my training to the needs and capabilities of me as an individual. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Jade.

During that time, not only has she helped me to drastically improve my physical strength and fitness, but my confidence in physical activity and exercise as well. Jade is unbelievably supportive, reassuring, and encouraging. I always enjoy my sessions with her (never thought I'd come to 'enjoy' exercise!) and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

    Ive been training with Jade since June 2021 and I have loved every minute of it. From the very beginning Jade took the time to understand what I wanted from my journey as I took my first steps into feeling stronger and healthier. She has given me the confidence to finally join a gym but I still turn to Jade for support with my strength training which I have to say Im addicted to now. I also join the weekend circuits session with the REDS team which is so much fun. I throughly recommend REDS, Jade makes each session challenging yet fun and keeps things fresh by switching up the sessions, as she likes to remind me what doesnt challenge you doesnt chance you! I feel much more confident and happy in my own skin and mentally I feel stronger and know I can accomplish things I put my mind to. I have laid rest to previous bad habits of yo-yo dieting and I can truly say that this has been helped by the encouragement I get from Jade and the motivation I have built to continue on this journey from the fab result I see each week. It can be hard work but it is worth every bit of sweat and aching muscles! If youre considering starting your own journey contact Jade, you really have nothing to lose but plenty to gain.

    Jade is simply incredible! Ive had some really great PTs over the years but Jade truly is a cut above the rest. Her ability to support with not just your physical well-being but also your emotional well-being too, to ensure you get the most out of your training is amazing! She knows what shes doing, is incredibly adaptable and keeps things interesting by changing things up regularly. I love the sessions I have and am always looking forward to the next one! Did I also mention she runs a weekend circuit session too, which just feels like spending time with family and friends as the atmosphere, Camaraderie and effort from everyone is lead by Jade!!
