I found Greg through a Google search in the local area and was impressed by his 5 star reviews so decided to give him a try and Im really glad I did. He is excellent and has got me back on my feet after neck surgery and has also helped relieve and improve my back issues. I trust in his ability so much that Im now doing monthly maintenance sessions with him to keep my body on track rather than wait till something breaks.

I had been suffering with sciatica that was sufficiently severe that I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning as I knew the first 15 minutes or so stood up would be extremely painful. My first visit to Greg improved the situation dramatically - whilst I was not free from the problem it was at a much lower level and easily manageable. Two more visits and Greg's prescribed home exercises have left me close to pain free and feeling for the first time in months that my back is once again stable rather than very fragile. I am very impressed!

I highly recommend New Forest Osteopathy. I have been treated by Greg for a couple of years now during which time I have had chronic lower back pain. Greg is an excellent, highly skilled Osteopath whose professionalism and care have helped me regain a far better range of movement and my pain has infinitely improved.
