        I was referred by the NHS for an audio test. The reception and consultation staff were engaging, professional and efficient. I received a full audio consultation the findings of which were entirely compatible with those of my NHS consultant. I received NHS approved hearing aids and I have noticed an immediate improvement in my hearing. An excellent experience- thank you.

        I visited yesterday , Wednesday , for an eye test . I couldn't have wished for better . Superb staff throughout . Everything clearly explained . Comfortable surrounds & no hard sell pressure . We all generated a lovely , & mostly innocent twisted humour . Thank you all so much ! Frank .
