        It is rare to find such a helpful and genuine set of people as Collate. I was having issues with my printer which I bought online. They came out the same day, fixed the issue in 10 minutes and took the time to show me how to use all the functions on there which i would of never known if I hadn't called them for help. The lady who booked my call was nice and friendly, explained exactly what I could expect from them, which was exactly what I got. The engineer was knowledgeable and well presented and the whole expierence with them was smooth and easy. Next time I need a printer I wont hesitate to buy from them directly, or to recommend them to anyone who needs printers, copiers or a service & repair of thier machine. Very happy customer.
