I found CFM by far the best mortgage broker to use if you are a contractor compared to other mortgage brokers. Athavan was the mortgage advisor that exceeded my expectations from the very beginning by being able to speak to me almost straight away when I telephoned. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease when I explained my personal circumstances. I found Athavan always kept me informed every step of the way even if it meant calling me after 6.00 pm when most mortgage advisers would have gone home for the day. He showed a willingness to help me get a mortgage no matter what obstacles got in the way. His perseverance, patience and passion combined with a great work ethic speaks volumes to what an exceptional mortgage advisor he is. Without him working as my advisor I doubt I would have been able to secure a mortgage. I have no hesitation in recommending Athavan to all my friends who are contractors as they can be assured he will work tirelessly to help them secure a mortgage.

I can honestly write that I have been delighted with my experience of using CF to secure my mortgage. During what can be a stressful experience as a contractor, Athavan was always patient, thoughtful and informative; providing guidance and advice where necessary but also offering an efficient and effective service. He was, at times, extremely patient when I struggled to make up my mind on the best course of action but always offered a thoroughly professional service, providing documentation and communication that was clear and to an agreed schedule. Would highly recommend cfm mortgages. Our adviser Athavan worked tirelessly to get us the mortgage we needed. The service he provided was worth every penny & we simply could not of got the mortgage without his help. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always available at the other end of the phone. We are so grateful.
