    Really poor customer service. Following a recent service and change of parts within the filter, which we were told was necessary to resolve a problem, the engineer on the day said there was no actual problems with it but thought he would do the work anyway. Following that visit there was a leak on the filter which we emailed asking for it to be fixed before we paid the bill, we had no response to 2 emails sent. But a month later received chasing emails to pay the bill and we had to forward our complaint, to which they said to fix it we would need to change the seal (common requirement they said when doing work on the filter but wasn't something they thought to do at the time) and we would have to pay another minimum hour labour charge plus travel for them to come and fix it. On another occasion we had been quoted one price and then a different and higher price for a part was put on invoice. Extremely disappointed by this company and will not be using again.

    I have experienced excellent service from this company. I needed a new heating boiler for my pool and contacted the Park Gate office, and Mike sourced the correct boiler for my needs which was delivered from the Southampton branch , he also recommended an excellent gas engineer to fit it, also giving advice on pool water testing etc. I now have a lovely functioning pool Many thanks to all concerned Zoe
