I was sacked for "been under police investigation" they wouldn't tell me what had been said and who said it! Basically sacked me with no evidence, not to mention they constantly rung the police on one of the residents and she presented challenging behaviour (although Hillside House deals with challenging behaviour) because they wanted them to be sectioned so the company didn't have to deal with this individual, CQC have been for inspections which have passed but only due to them rewriting things in daily notes that had been missed basically everything is covered up including missing medication! I would not advise working here at all! Absolutely horrible place to work! Feel more sorry for the residents!!!!!
