Hearnes

Used Hearnes to try and sell our property a couple of months back, I thought about going with another agent several times due to the poor service we received. i was convinced to stay as I was told the house would be an easy sale for them, which I regret as we've just spent a few wasted weeks with them. Sam and the team at Hearnes were incompetent, there were several struggles throughout the sale process which they couldn't seem to help with, followed by Sam forwarding an email to me he shouldn't have where he was being rude about us to the sellers solicitor. Followed by a flimsy 'apology.' The next day Hearnes sent a whatsapp message to say the buyer had pulled out. Not even the courage or decency to phone... If I could give no stars I would

My partner and I have just exchanged on our first home together. Hearnes made the process seamless and easy. Angie who transitioned the whole sale was very easy to speak with and always on hand if I had any questions. A very easy transaction and completed on our home in 5 weeks! Highly recommended!

Having just completed the sale on our property, I have to say that through this whole process & dealing with the housing market in this volatile market, Hearnes at Ringwood, have been absolutely incredible! We dealt with numerous agents and none of them even came close to offering the service that Hearnes did. We simply would not use anyone else. Sam & Jason were brilliant.
