Absolutely fantastic service when buying my Paloma faith bundle at an absolutely unbeatable price. I forgot to order the cosytoes with the pram which is essential in this weather, a colleague rang me and we finalised a sale in person rather than online which is what I prefer, plus and extra discount on the cosytoes and next day delivery which is basically unheard of these days! Got told my item would take 8-10 weeks for delivery - fine. Got sent a dispatched email. Waited patiently for 8-10 weeks. Nothing. Email and call to get told that it was delivered, someone forged my signature (delivery person) and its not their issue because i didnt contact them in a week. Tutti bambini also dont want to know and Im sure the incompetent delivery service of tuffnells wouldnt want to take blame either. Appalling.

Brilliant place! Great customer service and awesome prices. If you're like most new parents and haven't got a clue you can go in and talk to all their very friendly staff who are more than happy to single out the things you actually need to be interested in. They'll show you how to use prams and let you try and fit it in your car. Same with car seats. We bought a pram that was ever so slightly faulty so we went back in and they took a look and immediately exchanged it for a brand new one. Proper quality face to face customer service which is super rare these days. Pretty sure the chap who served us every time was called Ollie and he was a legend. Cheers guys!!!

Ordered my Venicci tinum in gold island 3 in 1 from here on Wednesday it arrived the next day. In love with my pram couldn't believe the price, cant wait for my little girl to be in it. Thank you Baby Centre
