Stephen Lamberth's Taekwondo & Self Defence Schools

Brilliant club, exceptional instructors. I would highly recommend this club.

I joined in January 2017 with my 11 year-old son (couldn't quite talk my 13 year-old daughter into also joining, but that's another story) and it's been brilliant. Mr. Lamberth is an excellent instructor with a knack for teaching all ages. The lessons have a family-orientation with members from age 4 to grey beards like me. That said, you could join as an unaccompanied adult and still get a lot out it. If you're a seasoned martial artist or looking for hardcore self defense it may not be the club for you, but if you want to keep fit and get the kids into learning a martial art and the discipline and focus that comes with it, then Stephen Lamberth's TKD is perfect.

Been training for 9 years and enjoy every session. There is a very warming atmosphere and is great for all ages, everyone is really easy to get along with and the social aspect is amazing too. Everyone helps out in the class to make the experience really enjoyable, and I have never regretted the decision to start Taekwondo. The instructor makes the sessions more enjoyable and is very supportive.

Although I belong to another club I often train with Stephen Lamberth's club. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful and always willing share their knowledge and help you improve.

I have been training since march 2015, really enjoyed the entire time! Have met a load of really nice people, the classes are extremely fun and has helped me get a lot more fit and healthy.
