I went to see Rianne for the first time in October after I had broken 2 toes, which had left me with joint stiffness and tendon/muscular pain and inflammation. I put my full trust into Rianne to diagnose and treat me, yet I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the treatment received. It only consisted of 3 months of massage and mobilisation. Throughout this time, I began to develop knee problems and lower back pain due to no rehabilitation, yet Rianne ignored this. My advice was even reduced to no more than 5 minutes of walking throughout the day, and no using my thumbs which had been painful. Absolutely no rehabilitation provided at all.
I realised this wasnt right, and I couldnt possibly be expected to remain living my life with things such as 5min limits on walking//no gym//no using the thumbs and so fourth. I couldnt possibly be expected to come in for a massage twice per week endlessly. I then went to see a top specialist in Physiotherapy who I cannot thank more as he saved me from this endless cycle. He explained to me that I actually had a flat foot/fallen arch, which therefore referred problems in the bio mechanical chain to my knee and my lower back. He also explained that due to Riannes lack of rehabilitative treatment, I had a prominent imbalance in strength with my right and left leg, which more so contributed to these issues. I couldnt even stand on my tip toes. After only 1 month of proper rehabilitation with my new specialist, I was left pain free. This moreso proves Riannes negligence and inability to spot standard things a physio should notice and treat.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTRE. THEY ONLY FURTHER ENABLED MY PROBLEMS TO GROW AND DID NOT PROVIDE PROPER REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT. I PUT MY FULL TRUST IN THEM AND WAS HORRIBLY LET DOWN. DO NOT COME HERE
