        Same experience with Mr.Ian I had - although he ensure me that will resolve the issue I ended up chasing him every other day on the phone and met only ignorance. The worst of all is that the company always doesn't know anything and always covering up for them BOSS. Please people do you research first and do not get in touch with particulary this person - Ian Roworth.

        Natalie (Business Developer for TIVA IT Solutions, part of Entrust) provided a first class service. She went out of her way to advise on Sophos anti-virus software and set up a new contract. She was reliable and did exactly what "it said on the tin". I can thoroughly recommend TIVA IT Solutions. Natalie has again provide excellent service in giving help and advice in renewing my Sophos Licence for 2023-2024. Natalie went out of her way again to help me. As this is the second occasion she has provided excellent service it shows a consistent level of service.

        I've worked with entrust IT Group a few times over several years and helped re-brand some of their recent acquisitions. I have always found them to be very knowledgeable, proactive and always efficient. I have no issue recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable cloud service, or a traditional IT support. The staff are always friendly and professional.
