Just got off phone with them. I got accused of shouting at her got threatened with that she will hang up on me. The lady was no help.

Times for opening is 8am -10am Monday-Friday 8am-12pm Saturday so if you need to pick up a parcel etc you have missed these times are not good if you work .

Truly appalling that the website and everywhere else you look before starting the journey through the road works give incorrect opening times. Totally unprofessional, website said open till 8pm on arrival opening times on outside of the building say the same - printed message on the door say closed at 6pm. You dont find that out until you have made the journey and seen the message on the door. Then a 35 minute return slog through the traffic to St. Ives.

Been here 5 times to pick up only 2 parcels 3 of which was met with it being closed when it said online and on the door open, 1 in which the people were just leaving 15 minutes early and luckily after complaining they let me pick up my parcel and 1 of which I went down there with a slip through My door to which it was again closed when it said open, spoke to a lorry driver of royal mail who let me retrieve it to then be told I can't because my slip has Morgan antell on it and the parcel that failed to deliver to my house was David Taylor who doesn't live at my house...
