        Good to be able to sit and have a relaxing cup of coffee, music was background rather than blaring, cakes delicious! There were a couple of youngsters shouting obscenities but they were calmly and quickly asked to leave. Bookstore was well laid out with plenty of room, staff attentive and helpful but not pushy. Will definitely visit here again.

        Staff are very miserable in this store especially the short fuller girl - I took my son in to spend his school voucher what a miserable experience and the childrens book we bought was 2 less expensive in waitrose after the 1 discount - you have lost us and we are local very dissapointing
