        Booked a DPD parcel to be dropped at the store, weight and size was entered at time of booking. Drove to the store with my parcel only to be told that it was too big for their shop. Total waste of my time, I have now have the hassle of cancelling the booking and getting my money back, I now to rebook with another courier resulting in my customer receiving their order once day late. Looking at previous reviews not just me with this issue.
