Eddie did an amazing job at repairing my vintage engagement ring when I lost a diamond from it, It was posted to them on the Saturday and I had the ring back in my hands on the Thursday, impeccable service will recommend to anyone and will be using again if I need anymore repairs! What great service, Eddie cut my rings of Early December, he said leave it a month to settle down. Had them resized in January, 1 week later collected the most shinny rings, they are perfect. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

The absolutely best experience today with Eddie - I got my ring resized and it was so quick and incredible work. It was even cleaned all nice and sparkly when I got it back! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Walked into to J&R with an idea in my head to make the perfect engagement ring and with Eddies and Clares help I was able to make it possible. Great customer service and highly recommend, will be back to have our wedding bands made by them.
