What great service, Eddie cut my rings of Early December, he said leave it a month to settle down. Had them resized in January, 1 week later collected the most shinny rings, they are perfect. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

The absolutely best experience today with Eddie - I got my ring resized and it was so quick and incredible work. It was even cleaned all nice and sparkly when I got it back! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Walked into to J&R with an idea in my head to make the perfect engagement ring and with Eddies and Clares help I was able to make it possible. Great customer service and highly recommend, will be back to have our wedding bands made by them.

Eddie did an amazing job at repairing my vintage engagement ring when I lost a diamond from it, It was posted to them on the Saturday and I had the ring back in my hands on the Thursday, impeccable service will recommend to anyone and will be using again if I need anymore repairs! (Though I will be more careful with my ring from now on!) Thanks again!
