A telephone appointment for an initial consultation was arranged whereby I rearranged my work to take the call. Waited nearly 20 mins after the arranged time for them to call me but received nothing. Called the main number to enquire why I hadn't received a call. The person answering (not the person with whom the appointment was) apologised but I expressed how this did not bode well - late for the first contact. I refused the offer of an appointment on a different day due to the time I would have had to wait because this is a matter I would have liked to address asap. I approached another company instead.

I would not recommend this firm for a Child Arrangement Family Proceeding. Simon sold himself as the best lawyer with over 30 years of experience. Indeed he was not the best at all, at least not for Fathers. He didn't show to be knowledgeable and was not attent to details. He decide what way to represent you in court and in case of Cafcass Section 7 report, he will not do a thing to challenge it and get more contact or defend you from the false allegations and the well watered report with the aim to protect mothers. He is very good in asking money and he is very bad in giving legal advises and the best solution to achive whatever you would like to achive. So if you are father, love your child(ren) and looking to get an order to spend more time with them, do yourself a favour, do not chose this Firm. With Frettens you will get the minimum Cafcass is always suggest, 8 days per months. Chose a good Barrister, you will save money and indeed you will receive a much better service with high probabilities to achieve the best for your children.

I asked for an estimate of fees before starting a simple legal process but the estimate was far short of my expectations. The process was not complicated and everything done via email. I found their fees to be excessive and errors were made in accounting. I would not recommend this firm

Many Thanks to Michelle Petersen and her team Phoebe and Laura for managing our property conveyancing with a professional and prompt manner.
