        In January I rang Intelligent Insurance out of curtesy to inform them that our boiler had failed and a new one was soon to be fitted by British Gas. The call was to simply make them aware that we would have engineers working in the house. After a very short call they thanked me and I was advised I will be charged a 30 admin fee for them making the note on my file! The call operator was not interested that I was simply informing them, nor that the admin fee wasn't ideal as we had to unexpectedly pay out a few thousand 's for a new boiler. Instead the call was followed up by an email from their credit control department demanding payment. Fuming! Not so intelligent insurance!

        Tried to sort out drainage problems vi my policy. Because i have tried to sort the problem myself not classed as emergency. I am 83 years old and think this is disgusting as not even trying to help. What am I paying for!!!
