        Filthy and terrible customer service. I stayed at Riverside Lodge, New Forest Nov 2022. Cost over 1000 for 3 nights. The photos speak for themselves. Apart from the disgusting state of the lodge the Customer Service was appalling. No responsibility taken by this company who is mis-selling and mis-advertising and which does not take accountability. I will never use this company again, warning other innocent customers who might consider spending their hard earned cash.
