Ringwood & Verwood Boxing Fitness

I highly recommend Ringwood & Verwood boxing fitness. I've been a member of the ladies boxfit sessions for a year now, I couldn't be without it, Ross teaches a whole range of fitness in these classes, from strength training, kettle bell sessions, cardio to boxing fitness. I love that the workout are different every time. The gym itself is well equipped with various weights, bags and a whole cardio area upstairs. I really love the ladies that go, all ages and abilities and always cheering each other on. Ross is truly amazing at what he does, if you're looking to get fit, meet friends and feel good about yourself this is the places to go.

Ross is such an amazing trainer. I have been having boxing PT with him for around 4 months now. I can often feel anxious about exercising in front of people, but Ross has made me feel incredibly comfortable from the beginning. He is so good at getting the best from me, pushing my limits, but still making it enjoyable. He is supportive and fun! I love the gym, it's got everything you need and everyone is incredibly friendly. I have taken my friends with me to share PT sessions and they have all loved it and can't wait to go back and join themselves. I'd recommend Ringwood and Verwood Boxing Gym to anyone!

Lovely friendly gym weather its fitness or boxing ross is fantastic and everyone is so supportive and encouraging really cannot recommend highly enough absolutely love going to do the classes

Exercise has never been more fun! Classes are varied so never boring & everyone is very friendly - there is a great atmosphere.

Whatever your physical ability, background or age, wed really recommend giving Rosss gym a try. Were sure youd love it like we do! We bought a punchbag & contacted Ross just to learn how to punch correctly. We are in our early 60s & carried on with the training as we feel great afterwards. Ross is friendly and caring as well as being experienced & knowledgeable. Julie & John
