Eden Funeral Directors,

I would recommend anyone to Eden if they are in the unfortunate position to need them. My Mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer and I decided to do some research when it was close as I didnt know how Id react when she passed. I phoned local directors who spoke to me like it was purely a business transaction and not that we were dealing with my mum. It broke my heart. I came across Eden and Heidi was amazing and spoke to me like a human and acknowledged we were dealing with my mum who was being taken far too soon. She explained things no one else did. When my mum passed, I knew who to phone and Heidi couldnt have been more amazing. She kept me updated through the whole process and went above and beyond, knowing that I was dealing with this on my own and that Id find it hard. Its a small independent company which I felt strongly in supporting. Heidi is kind and compassionate and Rob is strong and good to talk to. I didnt feel like they were just my Mums funeral directors. They let me cry when I needed to and we ended up talking and ranting like friends. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my Mum and being there for me. As a company and as humans, youre actually incredible.

After my stepfather passed away, we choose Edens Funeral Directors in Ringwood to help us with the arrangements. I am very happy that we did. Edens Funeral Directors is a family run business managed by Heidi and Rob. For my mother and I, it was a very difficult time. Heidi and Rob both went above and beyond to help us at every step of the way. When that time sadly came, they came to our house in the middle of the night. Heidi sat with my mother for hours while she was processing her emotions and deciding on the details for the funeral. She was there for everything that we needed and recommended the perfect people to help with every detail. Rob is strong and supportive and Heidi is present and empathetic. By the day of the funeral, they both felt like friends. I highly recommend Edens Funeral Directors because - no matter what your needs may be - they will be able to help you as they helped us. Heidi and Rob went above and beyond to give my dad a truly special send off. They have been extremely supportive and have helped me and my family throughout this difficult time. I am so grateful to Heidi and Rob for all they have done and so glad that I used Eden as they made every effort to ensure our service was the perfect goodbye.

Sadly my grandad passed away and used eden funeral directors to lay him to rest. Although doesn't look much from the outside, Once in the inside it's lovelly feels like a very homely cottage which makes it feel comfortable. Lovely people very polite and welcoming. Highly recommended buisness in this sad situation. Thank you Eden Funerals.

Heidi and Rob are the most amazing people. Our Dad passed away this month and the moment my Brother and I walked in to see them we knew we wanted them to deal with everything. They made us feel at ease straight away and gave us complete confidence that no one could deal with matters better. As the week went on we knew we were right, they dealt with absolutely everything and made something so difficult so much easier than expected. They helped give my Dad the best send off possible. Everyone after the funeral made of point saying that was the most amazing service they had ever been to. So thank you Heidi and Rob for absolutely everything and going way above and beyond what you needed to do to help. We will be forever grateful . Jo and Mark x
