RINGWOOD AND NEW FOREST DRAINS

From the first phone call, this company were helpful and courteous - I would recommend them should you have a drain issue. The lady on the phone explained their pricing structure clearly and informed me that another company in their group would be called out. Our problem was passed from Ringwood and New Forest Drains to a sister company, Canford Drains. They attended promptly and their operator Mark got straight on with the job and had the drain cleared in minutes. He made sure that the drain was clear right down to the manhole, and then washed down the area, even offering to move some shingle from one area to another where he had washed away some debris. Very satisfied customer!

I needed some advice on a shared sewer and didnt know who to ask. I called Ringwood and New Forest Drains expecting the need to book the inevitable site visit/survey, but this was not the case! I spoke to Mark who couldnt have been more helpful. We spoke for over 1/2 an hour and during this conversation Mark answered all my questions fully and provided an invaluable insight into the subtleties of a shared drain/sewer. At no point did Mark give the impression that I was taking too much of his time and the fact that this information was provided for nothing is outstanding! I have no doubt that Marks customer service and the desire to help his customers, with no obligation, is the primary reason for the success of the company and why it has been in business for nearly a 1/4 of a century. Because Mark took the time and trouble to talk to me I was able to discuss my issues further from an informed position. The company went over and above and provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. Thank you Mark and thank you Ringwood and New Forest Drains! I will use you again on the future.
