Morrisons Daily Ringwood

Frequent this shop due to location (on way to work). Prices are horrific, as to be expected due to its location but nothing is worse than the staff and the customer service, or rather lack thereof! They are rude, cold and can be on occasion slightly abrasive. OK, we get it, you don't want to work there at your family franchise but please stop taking it out on innocent customers. CHECK YOUR CHANGE! as I say I frequent this shop and whenever paying by cash they ALWAYS get your change wrong. Twice, on a calculator I've had to prove to the supervisor she has short changed me by a few pounds or sometimes more!!! I'm sorry you guys but you're bloody horrible staff

Effort. Needed fuel and energy drinks. Morrisons Daily is on my route. Perfect. Well, not so much. Fuelled up and choose my drinks, which were not particularly cheap. The biggest issue was the cashier didn't speak any English that I could understand and I am saying this in the most respectful way possible. He asked many things but as I said there was not one word I could understand. I paid by card and the card reader asked if I wanted to pay extra towards charity. To what charity? Who knows. The thing is I was hitting the red cancel button to try and skip the part of paying this miscellaneous 'charity' but seems I was hitting the wrong button. I think the cashier was trying to tell me what to press, but I couldn't understand. Turns out it was touch screen. Oh well. I think I was also overcharged but no receipt offered to check. Won't be back.

Morrisons is going to down, really bad with petrol station, expensive as well as, not standard

Went in got meal deal. Any main any snack and any drink. Only to be told the egg sandwich wasnt in the deal ( any Main ) so got charged full amount. Feel ripped off. This was the Ringwood Morrisons daily petrol station. Not impressed
