I had a letter offering a free quote. On the phone they asked LOADS of questions....what is my conservatory currently used for....what will it be used for, how many people live here. WHY do they want to know how many people live at my address?.... I made the appointment and then someone called back explaining that the visit will take approx one and a half hours (just to measure & quote?!!?) & then they insisted that "my partner" needs to be there when they come.....why do they want to know if I've got a partner (for a free quote?)...I am the homeowner & I make the decisions, so again I ask WHY do they want a partner to be here - they said it was Company policy. Having researched further I realise its because it sounds like they send pushy salespeople who demand an instant decision, so they don't want you to say that you need to check with your partner before deciding. Its a shame because the product sounds quite good but I'm not prepared to give answers are simply not relevant & possibly a security risk.

It is now about two months since the work was completed on replacing our conservatory roof. I have to say, the whole process from ordering to completion was extremely smooth and we were regularly updated on every stage. The work was done very thoroughly and everywhere was left clean and tidy. Initial findings about how it works with two months experience are very encouraging. We already had a smallish radiator in the conservatory and there is no doubt that now the conservatory is holding the eat for longer. The white roof inside also is very good at making things brighter at night as half the light no longer disappears through the roof.

Polite on the phone but thanks for the junk email the second time that says.... Your conservatory. I don't have one. There has to be a legitimate interest to send letters via post e.g. the person actually has to have a conservatory and shouldn't be mass sent. Theyve sent it to me twice. I rang up the first time and they said I shouldnt have got the letter. A few months later, I have it again and it's not just me.

Got this company to get a quote for my parents conservatory, made an appointment for them to come round the salesman was half hour late for the appointment and straight away said that they can't upgrade the conservatory as it is a glorified green house, so rude, glad they can't do the conservatory

Pushy and demanding. Didnt listen to what we wanted, pushing their own product on us. Wanting yes or no decision on the day for a special price, To the point of asking why myself and my wife couldnt go through our finances there and then! Using the FCA to legitimise the product and the company, not the finance options, which is the ONLY THING to be mentioning the FCA about. Salesman using their next visits to put pressure on us saying its a one time offer, if we dont say yes now then I can guarantee the next visit I have today will DO NOT USE THEM! Search for a local company who is honest, not pushy and will listen to what you would like. Over priced compared to other quotes, you could could get a whole conservatory for the price of their quotes, ITS NOT A DEAL. The experience left a very sour taste in our mouths.
