        Thank you to David who saw my laptop at very short notice and diagnosed what I could not - the power button needed holding down for longer than I gave it as it had a glitch that meant it wasn't powering up properly. He did not charge me and was pleasant and helpful. If I ever do need an actual repair I will certainly go back. Recommended.
