        I was lucky enough to have Active Therapy South recommended to me, definitely a five star service, I can highly recommend to others, Truly professional people, with both treatments complimenting each other really well, Naomi and Matt were able to get me back on track. They were able to diagnose the issue and devise a plan of action on how best to treat, both very knowledgeable and always very accommodating, it was easy to arrange appointments, This has been money well spent. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you to Naomi and Matt at Active Therapy South!!

        Really glad to have found these guys. I've suffered with sciatic issues for years, and wanted to pre-empt it coming back. Naomi straightened me out, and after a couple of sessions sent me to see Matt. Refreshing to see the way that they use each other's skills, and don't keep on making appointments just for the sake of it. Highly recommended, and I'm now back running as well, if not better, than ever.

        I visited Matt after suffering with shin splints, he did trigger point work and has helped me so much. After one session, I was able to run 9.5 miles pain free, where as before I was only able to get to 6 miles. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Active Therapy South.
