Called in on a ride to Ringwood after a new chain was fitted by someone else! to my mountain bike the day before. I was having problems with the bike jumping and the guys diagnosed and sorted a new rear sprocket in minutes, fitted, unbuckled my rim and back on the road so quick. Price and service was excellent. Just found my new favourite shop. Thanks guys

This is a superb shop. To get it to it, you have to go round the back of Waitrose and park in one of the car-ports (if you're driving) The staff are friendly and immensely knowledgeable; nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a large range of bikes, manually powered and e-bikes. They also have a large stock of accessories and spares; everything you would need to go for a ride, fully equipped. Clothes, helmets, backpacks, pedals, pumps, brake-discs, rotors, seats, posts, tyres, tubes, sealant, tools, energy/gel snacks, they carry it all. There are fitting rooms and customer loos. Servicing is carried out in full-view of the customer; want to see the parts being fitted to your bike during its service? Just ask.

Such excellent service for a very reasonable price. I have a bit of an awkward bike, but it was fixed very quickly by the professional and friendly staff. It was clear they really care about their work.

Superb advice and service this am, called in and immediately dropped everything and fitted two new tubeless tyres for me !! Highly recommended
