        Wife & I want to open new ISAs. As lapsed customers we're not allowed to open online, forced to visit the branch. Won't allow us to do that for another 5 weeks! Want to complain? Not online you won't - has to be done via letter! How archaic is that? OK, we've only around 100K to invest... but don't you think they'd want new customers rather than forcing us to go elsewhere?!

        Closed Tuesdays now as well. They aren't supporting the local community. When it is open there can be queues out the door. How long will they keep a branch open here I wonder.

        Always a great service at Barclays in Ringwood when I visit!! I wish people would be more positive about their reviews, they sure would miss it if the bank closed for good!! Try finding another local Barclays bank in the area!! Anyway, to all the staff at Barclays in Ringwood, keep up the good work!!

        What can I even say I put my card in the machine and my card was put in and wouldnt come back out along with the money I was trying to take out I went inside the bank to ask for advice the person seemed very unbothered and said we couldnt do anything about it so now Ive lost money and my card I then had to phone the company who was much more helpful than the people in the shop never using this bank again
