Had engineer visit 2nd April 2021. Told me issues with my dishwasher and it was cheaper to buy another. Same engineer contacted me couple of days later to offer a new dishwasher he could get and fit for me. Agreed and sent money for it. You guessed it no dishwasher and hasn't refunded my money. My experience is the firm employ con artists. Just wish I'd read the reviews before hand. If I could give 0 stars I would. Premium rate phone numbers and they don't reply to emails. Turns out the company was dissolved on the 21st April 21.

The technican visited on the 3rd August 2020. We paid 145+ for call out and parts. It's now almost the end October 2020 and we are still waiting for the parts... Website telephone numbers are dead and we've received no replies to numerous emails. They're a fraudulent company. Steer clear!

Do not use Marchwood Appliance Repair. Washer repairman showed up on 12-5-20. Told me my drain pump was not working and suggested a new gasket around the front for a Bosch washer. I bit. He showed back on 1-5-21 installed parts and the washer still didn't work after dropping $700. It is now 2-17-21 and still no washer repair. Website shows an address of 100 Kent Exton. Put in your GPS and go there. No such location. Call anyone else and stay away from these guys. I should have known better when they only 2.4 stars on google reviews. Could have bought a lesser brand washer for the samre money as the repair. Live & learn Service: Washing machine repair
