Great service - I was worried about the 58 standard call out fee which covers 30 minutes of work but no more & no parts - difficult choice with a cheap washing machine as any more than about 60 just isnt worth it when you can get a new (budget!) one of about 200. However the gentleman (Andrew I think?) who is the 'one man company' took the time to ask me questions about the issue, so he could hazard a guess as to what may have been wrong & whether it was worth him trying to repair it. I rang after closing time on a Friday & he still answered the phone, & still came to fix it on Monday lunchtime even tho I didnt confirm I wanted it fixed til about 2 hrs before. He fixed it in about half an hour, tho we did chat for about 15 mins on top of that - proved he was decent by not trying to harge for 45 minutes!! He also took 4 off as he only lived round the corner so hadn't used much petrol to get to me. Its so difficult to find or to know who's trustworthy & reasonably priced when picking someone off google, but this guy is decent & fair. Thank you
