Awful, awful place. They dealt horribly with Covid 19. Parents were complaining as residents were not even allowed to step outside whilst government would allow them. Management creating animositity among staff, making impossible rotas so staff had no life. HR have no clue of what they do, patronizing and telling lies, protecting bullies. Some lazy staff working there for about 15 years, they do the same monotonous routine every single day and rule the lifes of some of the residents completely, they make plans that suit themselves not the residents i.e. going to the pub or the chippy to eat some junk food and do nothing to help the residents to gain life skills like they should. Many uneducated people working there, all day on their phones, burping and farting in front of the residents. Avoid avoid at all costs! Dont take someone you love to Stables and please dont work there, if you are good and caring this isnt the place for you as you will get frustrated and bullied.

What a phenomenal place and people to looks after your loved ones. A host of beautiful people looking after adults with a whole range of special needs. You never tire of things to see or people to talk to, whether that be the wonderful staff or the amazing service users. Such a beautiful setting for an amazing facility.
