        Very rude staff, the guy who served me with blue hair has the customer service skills of a potato. The girl who gave me my drink was also rude. Not a work uttered by either. The pain au chocolat tasted like it was one of the longlife ones from Aldi. No wonder its the only place thats not queued

        Absolutely appalling customer service ..both the server need customer service training ...I queued to spend my ryanair vouchers as delayed..man I'm front queued to order bap and coffee scanned his delay voucher went to pay refused cash... he explained no signs up anywhere. I then interjected offered to pay on my card and he gave me the cash....then they tried to charge me for crisps when had vouchers..manager was agresive and said he didnt care if we complained. ..just awful people taking probably a good company down...
