        Visited the lounge at Manchester T1. Even though it was busy, the staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. We were welcomed by Conleth on the desk whose calm and professional manner was just what we needed after a stressful check-in and his friendly banter with customers and colleagues kept us smiling. Our visit to the Escape Lounge definitely made for a more relaxing start to our getaway.

        Raw sausages, limited food and drink options and staff that don't speak English! Shocking lounge. Save your money and go to Burger King. If you have your breakfast out of a tin can then this is the place for you. 4 hot items to eat and the rest pastry. No windows no tv just plain walls with stained seats to sit on.
