Unprofessional customer service
Never trust the prices when you arrive there they getting advantage and ask for extra cash. For pick up they asked for cash too.
My car been scratched in car park.
Never recommend it to anyone else.

They used my car and I received the penalty parking tickets in Manchester city center when I was in holiday.
Still sending emails to Manchester city council to remove the penalty ticket from my car.
