Test results not come within 24 hours as promised, no answer on their customer service phone line... Emailed customer services who did respond saying they would chase it up urgently, hours later I'm still waiting. Plans ruined for NYE. Not impressed at all. Do NOT use. There's two other companies at Manchester airport - Collinson, and Randox. Google them and use them instead. *Update* 10-1-21 They gave me a refund without any argument after I asked for one.

This is inside the Clayton Hotel. Cheapest place I could find for a Day 2 PCR (20). The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the lady and gentleman helping people to administer the tests. Got my results the very next day by email.

Charged 20 for a day 2 arrival test, the only company I could find not ripping people off, some places trying to charge up to 90. For that alone its worth 5 stars, but also the test was done quickly, the staff were nice, and we got the results under 24 hours over Christmas holidays.
