        Bought an inflight 200 model was 90 brand new. But on display in the glass cabinet. When we arrived home took it out of the box to discover the stand was damaged and scratched and the plane model itself had a couple of tiny scratches on it. No apology when we took it back he just wanted to argue that there was nothing wrong with it. You are selling them at premium prices when their ex display. A simple apology goes a long way
