Genuinely one of the worst places I have ever worked. Management is nonexistent, toxic and not fit for purpose, staff and clients are unsupported and the drug use among service users is left to carry on unfettered. Also, pay your staff extra at xmas for pitys sake, it's embarrassing that you don't. Sham company, good for nothing.

My Mum has been receiving support from Compassionate Care since the company she had pulled out without informing her leaving her frightened and vulnerable. Cc have turned out to be a gift that keeps giving. The level of friendship and support is keeping Mum happy and secure in her home and returned some of the confidence she lost after Dad passed. Mental health issues are very misunderstood in elderly care, assuming it is always physical needs that have to be met. Thankfully Cc have acknowledged the massive importance of the much needed support and are helping to keep Mum out of the care system and safe in her own home. A huge thank you to all of the team.

Compassionate you must be joking, my 82 year old mother passed away recently, never heard a thing off these apart from the bill, most of staff ok, but we're still visiting my mother with no gloves, no mask,. When I rang they said they didn't have any, don't leave your loved ones with these jokers ,. Only Tracy and Michelle were very good with my mum, the management are a waste of space , in there response to this they said they sent me a sympathy card, absolute rubbish
