Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

Totally brilliant stay. This is without a doubt the best of the bunch. Everything was perfect. Room was immaculate, Service was polite and friendly, Food was totally well prepared and presented. The bar was full all night, entertainment was available, and all in all it was a wonderful place to be. People from all over the he world gathered together. What a weekend that was !!

A convenient location to stay before an early flight. Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable. The biggest downfall was the breakfast that morning which was absolute chaos. There needs to be a better system in place for busier times. Someone keeping an eye on the level of forks for example. I'm sure it can't always be like this as the poor staff seemed stressed and I did feel for them. I don't think there was enough of them for the volume of people there was. Or maybe time slots would work better. 10/night for parking seemed reasonable given where it's located and less than we've previously paid elsewhere (25!) One member of staff that really stood out for keeping a smile on his face and made a particular big effort with guests was Yuri. For an overnight stay before a flight it does the job. We'll probably skip breakfast next time though if it's always so hectic.
