The lady on duty at 0900hrs 20.04.2023 is a great employee. Lovely manners, efficient and so hard working. She was run off her feet but still had time to politely explain where things were and apologise for the short wait. She was the only one serving and then went round cleaning and saying hello to people. Deserves a raise!
