Before my flight, I bought an iced caramel macchiato that had been suggested by a staff member; I'm not sure of her name, but it was along the lines of Ifrah. The drink was excellent, and she was a big help.

I regularly use the Starbucks at T1 departures beyond security. Very convenient and an important pre flight coffee. I come here 3-4 times a month and was just here on May 2nd 2023. The last few weeks I've seen this Starbucks outlet go from bad to worse due to bad staff. My most recent interaction was with a lady cashier in the shift around 17:00 on May 2nd. Her behaviour was most appalling. Biting at her nails, yawning and scratching herself. Disgusting behaviour in front of customers who are about to eat/drink from there. She was also extremely rude in the interaction not just to me but the elderly lady in front of me. I had asked for a chai latte with a choco chip cookie. And instead of saying something like " sorry we don't have any left and they should be here in xx mins". She makes an expression indicating that I need to look at the display rack in the front before asking. I then promptly reminded her that the display tv in the back shows the cookie being sold with a chai. All the while she's constantly munching on something and chewing on her nails. The display rack was almost empty with crumbles of cake and cookies all over. Such a horrendous experience.

Was served by a lovely young woman who goes by the name of Ifrah , she was fully of energy and had a lot of respect towards me and other customers. Best service I have received , will be coming back to this Starbucks again when im next in the airport
