Usually ok, little over priced for what you get. But quiet (ish) spot to kill some time. But today (23/04/23 @ 1300) seems like ALL the plugs and usbs are off. And 13.74 for a small sandwich and drink seems Excessive.

I was disappointed with the poor quality of food served at this caf. I ordered a crawfish sandwich which was not fresh and had an unpleasant, fishy taste. The bread was also stale and hard. As a regular customer, I expect better quality and service. I hope they improve their ingredients and attention to detail in preparing their food. Sorry I didnt have the photo of the sandwich because I send it back after. (I ordered beer also!)

Very bad customer service, lad on today was more interested in chatting with the girl actually serving customers and the usb ports not working nowhere to charge phone. When we asked about it we did not get nasty we just show disappointment in faces but vave no grief, while walking away he was commenting on us paying customers to the girl. Found that really rude also they dont accept cash.the only good thing was the view

The worst bar in the whole of Manchester airport. Not only is it ridiculously expensive. 21 for 2 Proseccos (and no glasses available so basically got just the bottle). The young girl behind the bar was incredibly rude and obstructive!! Terrible in every way. Never again.
