While the staff are lovely and very friendly, they are clearly used to complaints. The food is quiet price as are the drinks but thats to be expected in an airport. 2/3 of our meals were cold and sent back. One was a pulled pork bap, there was (we measured) a fork of meat in this bap. When we mentioned it, we were told that they weigh the portion out. The bap was all bread and salad and they didnt offer any more meat. The bap was 15. This was before it was realised our food was cold and sent back. The staff were professional but it was a disappointing experience.

1st time visited here I read some reviews and typical is over priced low meat So was abit dubious as to what food will turn out like but wanted give it a go Ordered from the table barcode scanner food arrived quickly only 4 minutes later We had 2 breakfast buns see pics a good size Hot chocolate was nice also and staff that brought the food and drink both was very polite

Daylight robbery for oompa-loompa-sized portions. This place is the pits. I was looking forward to a nice hearty breakfast before the red-eye flight and so ordered their fry-up. When it arrived I almost thought they got my order wrong as this appeared to be a childrens breakfast - less than half the plate was covered which was just sad. Picture this: 18 for a teaspoon of beans, cold bread, uncooked tomato, a measly sausagethe biggest thing on the plate was the scrambled egg which was used as a supplement for the sheer lack of everything else. Oh, and a regular glass of orange juice was almost 5. All in all, a shoddy experience for a rip-off price. I will never come here again.
