Bought a car from them in July 2022, hyundai i20, had a few issues that he assured me he would fix including a check engine light that turned on within a day of owning, an accelerator that was stiff, brakes had a lot of give on it before working properly. I gave him a chance based on the good reviews i saw here and had faith he would sort me out when I should have just returned it immediately. His mechanic took months to fix the problems and then went AWOL for a month before telling me that actually he couldn't fix the problem with the check engine light, which had i known at the time i would have taken it back. At that point he offered to buy back minus 45p a mile, making it virtually worthless. The car failed on an immisions test and problems with the brakes that he told me were fixed. Now I've got to scrap it because the part won't be available for 8 months. I'll grant this isn't something he could foresee with the car, but my advise to anyone purchasing from this dealer is to immediate return it should you suspect there is the slightest problem like I should have.
